What is the guaranteed uptime for your phone system?

This is probably our most asked question.

Our phone systems have a 99.999% historical uptime over past 5 years.

How?

Redundant data centers across the U.S. If you lose power at your location, you can rest assured that your clients will not know that, because your phone system will still be working in the cloud.

As long as you have access to power or cellular data, you can still make and receive calls to your business, even when your power is out.

How complicated is your system to manage and learn?

It is extremely easy to manage and use.

In fact, DCS takes simplicity even further by completely managing your back end system for you.

You never have to worry about trying to remember how to configure holiday changes, employee changes, or changes of any kind, because we take care of that for you as long as DCS is managing your VOIP system.

Is it more expensive than traditional phone systems?

This is a great question with varying answers. In most cases the answer is no.

Our VOIP system is generally less expensive to operate and maintain than most PBX and VOIP systems out there.

There is always cheaper. But our goal is not to compete with the cheapest systems on the market. Those tend to be problematic and have terrible customer service. That is not where we want to compete. But for reliability, trust, uptime guarantees, and available service, DCS has always been highly competitive and difficult to beat with our value added services.

What does turnaround and installation look like? And what kind of time is it going to require by me or my staff?

Once you agree to partner with DCS on your VOIP system you can rest assured that it will only get easier for you and your staff from there.

We take care of everything for you, right down to offering professional voice recordings for your entire phone system. You don’t even have to record your greetings if you choose not to.

DCS offers a completely hands-off approach to installation for our clients. You just go from making calls on one device to another without any interruption at all. Nothing is required on your end after our initial consultation when we sit with you to discuss what build out will best suit you and your clients’ needs.

From there, it takes about 2-3 weeks on our end for porting your existing numbers and building out your system. We will update you on the status of the project all the way through until changeover occurs.

Are there any fees I should be aware of outside of what you are quoting me?

NO.

Far too often we see competitive quotes that DO NOT include FCC and regulatory fees, or ongoing support charges. Then the client is surprised when they get their first bill.

At DCS, we make sure that all federal and local fees (with exception to sales tax) are included in our quote to you so that you are not blindsided with any additional charges.
